Since the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic HCC has been part of an Infection Prevention Control group. This has given us access to a wealth of information about how the virus is progressing, examples of best practice as well as direct contact and consultation with Public Health England.
All the aforementioned, together, has ensured that all the HCC COVID-19 policies and procedures put in place to protect and keep our clients and carers safe are informed by the latest Government guidance, are peer supported, discussed and measured for their effectiveness.
